refunds, but email any damaged/non-delivered dvd's with detailed item #, date of purchase, dvd title
name, and your name and shipping information to send replacement if needed. picture/sound quality
for most dvd's is 8-10 (graded on 1-10 scale with ten being dvd standard). dvd comes in plain sleeve
in mailer us postal. no sleeve or artwork included. i mail orders every four days. so expect it in
one weeks wait within the usa. or international orders wait seven -14 days. shipping $2.00 within
usa. international orders are $5.00 shipping (multiple dvd's of three or more require additional
shipping fees, please email me for total fee). feel free to email any questions, i reply within 24
hours, rarely 48 hours....
